What if a deal falls through?

We get it—sometimes deals don’t make it to the finish line. We only charge for closed transactions. If a deal falls through after inspection, we’ll bill half the service fee to cover the work completed up to that point.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

Our core hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. While we don’t regularly work Federal bank holidays, evenings or weekends; we do keep an eye out for urgent needs and can sometimes make exceptions when possible. We appreciate your understanding as we balance boundaries with top-notch support!

Can you work with my team or assistant?

Absolutely. We integrate with your workflow and support your full team, not just you.

What platforms do you use?

We work within your preferred systems: Dotloop, SkySlope, KV Core, CTM, and more.

How do you communicate with clients?

We communicate as a friendly, professional extension of your team. You’ll be looped in on all client correspondence so you're always in the know—no surprises, just smooth sailing. If questions come up, you’ll have full visibility and can jump in anytime!

Are you licensed or bonded?

We offer hybrid support! Our team includes both licensed real estate professionals for complex or contractual needs, and experienced, non-licensed transaction coordinators who are extensively trained in compliance and file management. This means you get the best of both worlds—knowledgeable support tailored to every part of the transaction.

Can you handle out-of-state transactions?

Our primary focus is supporting Colorado-based agents, but we’re always open to growing with our clients! If you expand into new markets, let’s talk—we’re happy to explore how we can support you wherever your business goes.

What is your scope of service?

We offer a full suite of services tailored to support your workflow—from Listing Management and Transaction Coordination (Contract to Close) to Dual Agency and Compliance Management. We also provide à la carte options like MLS entry, CRM data input, form creation, and more. Whether you need full-service support or just a few key tasks off your plate, we’ve got you covered.

What’s included in your service fee?

Our flat fee covers everything from contract to post-close file delivery—no hidden costs, no nickel-and-diming. The only exception? A $50 fee applies for non-CTM e-Contract transactions.

How do I get started?

What’s your turnaround time?

We’re fast—like, same-day fast whenever possible. Our standard commitment is within 24 business hours, but we aim to respond and review files as quickly as we can. Deadlines don’t scare us—we’re built for them.
