We get it—sometimes deals don’t make it to the finish line. We only charge for closed transactions. If a deal falls through after inspection, we’ll bill half the service fee to cover the work completed up to that point.
Our core hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. While we don’t regularly work Federal bank holidays, evenings or weekends; we do keep an eye out for urgent needs and can sometimes make exceptions when possible. We appreciate your understanding as we balance boundaries with top-notch support!

We offer hybrid support! Our team includes both licensed real estate professionals for complex or contractual needs, and experienced, non-licensed transaction coordinators who are extensively trained in compliance and file management. This means you get the best of both worlds—knowledgeable support tailored to every part of the transaction.

Our flat fee covers everything from contract to post-close file delivery—no hidden costs, no nickel-and-diming. The only exception? A $50 fee applies for non-CTM e-Contract transactions.
